Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 August 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of All NGO India. By using the website, submitting information, commenting, reviewing, claiming an organisation, or requesting publication, you agree to use the platform responsibly and to comply with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

1. Platform scope

All NGO India is an independent, non-governmental information and participation platform. It is not a government department, regulator, registrar, charity, legal adviser, emergency service, payment intermediary, or representative of any listed organisation. Directory entries, articles, reviews, links, and resources are provided for discovery and public information. A listing does not by itself mean that All NGO India endorses, certifies, guarantees, supervises, or is partnered with the organisation.

2. Information status and accuracy

Information may come from public sources, organisation submissions, community members, or editorial research. Information can become outdated, incomplete, disputed, or inaccurate. Status labels explain the level of information available to the platform; they are not government accreditation or a guarantee of impact. You should independently verify registration, Darpan information, legal status, safeguarding, financial details, contact details, and current activities before relying on them.

3. No emergency, medical, legal, or financial service

The platform is not an emergency response service and cannot guarantee a response to a help request. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Content on the website is not professional medical, legal, tax, financial, mental-health, or safeguarding advice. Obtain qualified advice where the situation requires it. Do not use the website as a substitute for urgent or professional assistance.

4. Accounts, submissions, and claims

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and ownership of information you submit. If you submit on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so or that you clearly identify yourself as a third-party contributor. Do not impersonate an organisation or person, submit misleading credentials, publish private information, or upload material that infringes another person’s rights.

All submissions, claims, reviews, comments, articles, and help requests may be held for manual review. We may ask for clarification or evidence, decline publication, edit for format or safety, limit visibility, or remove material. A claim request does not automatically change a listing or create a right to publication.

5. Community content and moderation

All public comments and community contributions are moderated before publication. We may reject, edit, unpublish, or retain a record of content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, unsafe, invasive of privacy, promotional spam, unrelated, or otherwise inconsistent with the Community Guidelines. We do not promise to detect every harmful or inaccurate contribution, and publication does not mean that we agree with it.

6. Acceptable use

  • Use the website only for lawful, genuine discovery, participation, communication, and information purposes.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, scrape it abusively, distribute malware, or bypass moderation or security controls.
  • Do not use the platform to solicit sensitive information, exploit vulnerable people, misrepresent a fundraiser, or promote an unverified emergency appeal.
  • Do not submit content that violates privacy, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or other rights.
  • Do not use the website to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or expose another person or organisation.

7. Links, donations, and third parties

Third-party links, social profiles, maps, payment buttons, partner information, and organisation contact details may be provided as a convenience. They are controlled by third parties, and their terms, privacy policies, availability, and representations apply. All NGO India is not responsible for a third party’s services, conduct, content, donation handling, tax treatment, receipt, or use of funds. Confirm the beneficiary and relevant compliance information directly before donating or sharing personal or financial details.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, branding, design, and compilation are owned by or licensed to All NGO India. You may access and share reasonable links for non-commercial informational purposes, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or systematically reproduce the platform without permission. By submitting material for publication, you grant All NGO India a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, edit, format, display, and archive that material for operating and promoting the platform, while you remain responsible for having the necessary rights.

9. Suspension and changes

We may restrict access, remove content, suspend a submission, or decline a claim where we reasonably believe there is abuse, risk, a policy violation, a legal concern, or a threat to users or the platform. We may update these Terms as the website develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Contact

Questions, correction requests, complaints, and reports should be sent through the Contact page. Please provide the relevant page URL and a clear explanation. We may need reasonable verification before changing a listing or acting on a request.
